RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Ms. Sakhi Jewels, we take utmost care in packing and quality-checking every product before dispatch.
However, in rare cases of damage during transit due to courier partner negligence, we provide a replacement only if a full unboxing video (without cut or pause) is shared as proof.
Return / Exchange is allowed only if:
* The product is damaged during transit
* A wrong item was delivered by mistake
Kindly contact us on WhatsApp at +91 8075683400 within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and the complete opening video.The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all accessories.Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
After the item is received by us, it will be inspected.
If a replacement product is available, it will be sent to you.
If not, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Ms. Sakhi Jewels reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions
