We ship all orders via India Post/Trusted Shipping Services. Shipping timelines and delivery performance are dependent on India Post services.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by location. On average, packages are delivered within 4–10 business days after dispatch.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on certain promotional events or above a specific order value.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to monitor the delivery status through India Post's website.

7. Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to:

    We are not responsible for such delays once the package is handed over to India Post.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once the order has been handed over to India Post, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers must file a claim with India Post directly in such cases.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In case a package is returned to us, we will contact you for reshipment (additional charges may apply).
